ABOUT GUATEMALA
THE NEED
Nearly half of the population under the age of 5 is chronically malnourished. 50% of the population lives on only $2/day.
THE BRIDGE
We use the arts to invite children from difficult situations to participate in theatrical productions - creating a safe space for them to come exactly as they are. We also welcome children from missionary and expat families.
THE GOAL
Our ultimate goal is to share the Good News of Jesus with our students. From there, we disciple students to go out into the world and use their gifts to build God's Kingdom on earth.
The arts have the power to change lives and communities. As the Lipes to Guatemala, we believe that creativity has the power to impact the world for the Kingdom of God.
